From Richard Canard (Illinois)

It's not all that often when you get to meet a mail-artist. Although I've had a few close friends send some things, I've never met a mail-artists I didn't already know. Richard was the first person that I met and it was an inspirational, and impressive meeting, first initiated by a postcard message. This is what he handed me right as our conversation over coffee came to a close. He had created a new "authentic" Ray Johnson collage, and of course, it was great.

Sent to Kansas (Amazon59)

I sent this card to a mail art friend in Kansas some time ago. I remember finding a ton of stamps at a local consignment store and feeling I needed to use them, I did. Most of them were cancelled but a few were put back into faithful service. The backing card came from a cheap pack of art postcards.
